SIGH - I just listened to the recording of my set which is a disaster. The Windows operating system apparently felt I was running out of disk space and the recording is a complete mess. It's beyond repair so I'm not posting it. Well, that's live music for you.

Thanks to Phobos for organizing another wonderful streaming event, and to all the artists who contributed. The music was wonderful.

Looking forward to next time.

I couldn't listen to this live, but I listened to all the recordings posted in this thread... good stuff! Thanks to all organizers and participizers.

I haven't been doing much music or working on any new circuits lately, and thus had nothing new to present. Shift register patterns and 15 notes only go so far.

Here is the recording of my set.

I really didn't want to post it, there were problems. I had adjusted the simple mixer system I was using (just a 4 channel to stereo mixer) so that the mix of the drone and the ukulele were usable. I only got it there after some people in chat helped me get rid of distortion and set the levels. That was just the day before I needed to use the setup. Setting things so that the stream would be good caused both the drone and the ukulele echos to be diminished in loudness to my ears. I was wearing cans, but foam cups, so the ukulele came right through the air (loud little instrument) making it difficult for me to hear the echoes which were my beat reference. I'm not blaming my tools, it was just a lot of unhappy accidents and lack of knowledge/experience.

I have an old (but not as old) 12 channel mixer that has 2 effects send/returns and has a monitor bus. I think I can use that to generate a mix for the stream (or recording) and a separate (but mono) mix for the phones.

I had read that ukulele is a difficult instrument to stream and record and I can see at least in part why that is. I will try again, hopefully with vast improvements.
