A work in progress.
Right now this is a serial shift register controlling a Korg Volca Kick.

First a ring oscillator acts as data for a cd4094, with clock coming from CV OCD,
which is a 15ms trigger.

The trigger both fires the clock signal and disables the output enable when low.

6 of the taps of the 4094, D0,1,2,3,4,5 go to external trigger ins on
Simmons Sd5K digital drum machine.

The MIDI OUT notes are rechannelized with MIDI SOLUTIONS EVENT PROCESSOR PLUS on MIDI Channel 10 to conform to the single channel
configuration of KORG VOLCA DRUM.

This is the result...!

Next month I will switch to parallel control with each of six tracks having its
own ring oscillator and D style latch, so the left to right will not be needed.
