Rebote Delay 2.5 Question

Looking at the schematic, I see 1 "Delay In" and 2 "Delay Out" labels. I'm guessing the "Delay Out" labels are references for where the circuit connects, but I am unsure what to do with the single "Delay In" label.

What looks like two opamps at the bottom of the schematics are actually part of the pt2399.

Delay in is just pin 15 of the pt2399 while delay out at the bottom of the schematics is connected to pin 12 of the pt2399 (it is also written in the schematics close to pin 12)

Okay, I'm looking at a slightly different PT2399 schematic (http://www.valvewizard.co.uk/smalltime3.pdf), but this applies to the schematic in this post, too.

The schematics are built to run off a 9V supply, and they use a 7805 to get 5V for the PT2399. My system is +/-12V and +/-5V, so I don't need to use a 7805 in just this module.

With the TL072, it seems they create a virtual ground of +4.5V. Can I use +12V and -12V to power the TL072 and use ground where +4.5V is used? Does that screw up other things? Should I just use +12V and 0V and do the virtual ground?
