Electronic Technician (PT)

For over 10 years, my little one man company, Synthetic Sound Labs (www.steamsynth.com), has been successfully making and selling electronic music synthesizer modules worldwide. I'm very well known and respected in the business and would like to grow and add new products and markets, but realize that I can no longer do it all alone. I'm now looking for some help with new product designs.

If you could envision yourself working with me 1-on-1 to help develop new products, and don't mind doing a bunch of occasional grunt work, let's talk.

The pay isn't great, but the hours are flexible and you can work from home. I'm mostly looking for reliable time commitments. Ideally, we could meet locally now and then in Southern New Jersey but I realize that's probably not going to happen.

So what am I looking for?

Required:
Assemble and test electronic circuits
Fluent English skills
Basic computer skills are required
Knowledge of bench electronic equipment DMM, oscilloscopes
Great drive & attitude

Really nice to have:
Software / embedded programming
Schematic capture / PCB layout (DipTrace preferred)
Some electronic design chops
Able to create instruction manuals / document products
