Subject description: Nice New Age library of 'pads' or the sounds to layer into pads wanted - 32bit?

Dear Everyone.

This IS two questions, but hopefully so closely interlinked the mods. won't mind them both being in the same thread!
I'm trying to find sounds like THESE (or sounds I can piece together to end up with sounds like these!)

If you scroll past the YouTube link you'll see audio examples. Or THESE

Just a nice 32-bit library (older disability software, sorry I'm a disabled composer, there U go, I know they've had these kinda sounds for years but I can't find where they get them from!) of those or similar sounds - tried making 'em myself, know in THEORY you get a nice organ-y sound, do ADSR and chuck tons of reverb over it. Mine sound like seal farts, theirs sound lovely.

Can buy stuff, but zero idea WHAT to buy If it helps, got Sampletank, Serum (but Serum stuff always sounds so cold) ZynAddSubFX, Synth1 (which always sounds cheap'n'tinny to me) HG Fortune synths (yes they DO have pads - but they're deep-space nightmare pads. I want NICE pads! - BTW if, on listening to the sounds, you think 'why's that fool calling these 'pads', it's because I don't know the right word. But those kinda sounds, whatever you call them!)

Can anyone direct me to a nice, fat, varied library of either ready-mixed 'pads' or nice building blocks (all the sounds you hear within the examples) I could mix together into those sounds? And tell me what VST I need to use the library WITH? That's part 1. Here's part 2 - where I REALLY don't know what I'm talking about!

I've downloaded a lovely set of pad sounds - except there's only one sound per key. There's all the chromatic keys between C and C used, but each one's got its own sound. I've tried pitch shifting and discovered the sounds go squeaky and growly, they don't stay in tune. BUT - I've read about something called 'formant shifting'. From what I've READ, it can change the note of a voice AND keep the voice in tune.

Can anything do that with synth chords? Is there something out there I could put one of these synth chords in, and then play it like a preset up and down a virtual keyboard? If 'yes', could I then sample the pad sounds I'm after and just use the samples in the same mysterious piece of software? (If you CAN'T, it's back to the 'where do I buy or get ....' question above!)

Sorry for the interlinked questions, even more sorry I don't know what I'm talking about! I really have tried creating my own pad sounds, I just royally suck at it and don't know why, TBH. It's like trying to make a cordon bleu meal after watching a cookery vid. If you can do that, respect!

Yours hopefully

Chris.
