I remember that one well. The old Amdek, rebranded by Roland. Do you have the whole series complete with the 24 sync unit and the 810? I seem to remember they changed the range slightly when Roland rebranded it.
This is pretty unique gear. I am sorry I cannot help you with software though.

Rebranded? Or was this Roland all the time? They simply killed the Amdek brand? I don´t remember. I kept those brochures for years though.

No I haven´t the complete series Sad ,I´ve heard something about Amdek but not sure about a rebrand by Roland ... I was only getting mad searching that apple II software...
810 seems to be a really nice machine but I have never played one.
Thank you very much Wink

I have painstakingly archived it and I can send you the image for Ver
2.01 (Apple DOS 3.3).

I have tested out the image and it's fine.

You're going to need a an Apple II and an old Mac with a floppy that can run Disk Copy.

All I ask in return is that you take some hi-res shots of your Apple interface card so I can repair some monkey-work that was done to mine by the previous owner. Hope you like MC-4 style seqs. Cheers, [w]

Recently I adquired a pretty old CMU-800 Roland DG machine. It comes with the Apple II interface. Because I have too a IIe Apple computer I would like to put on this Roland animal.
Would it be posible to get from you the apple disk image with the software to control the CMU-800?.
I will eternally acknowledge you Smile

Is there any chance you still have this file? Does anyone? I'm interested in the C64 or Sharp MZ-80K software if someone has either of those archived instead.

Sorry for resurrecting such a long dead post. This thread has Google on its side though.

Edit: I hope I'm allowed to post a link, because somehow I just found a copy of version 2.03 https://macgui.com/downloads/?file_id=23964
