A patch to experiment with additive synthesis.

This one consists of a fundamental with 7 harmonics.
Each harmonic has its own envelope. No filters are used!
The first 4 'tones' are triangles, not sines. They add more richnes to the sound. If you like more organ types of sound you should set all the oscilators to sines.

A simple modulation mixer adds noise, a LFO, the feedback of the total sound and a percussion oscillator.

More interesting sounds come when you set the oscillators to different wave forms. If I remember well, using square waves for the oscillators is called a Walsch function.

Enjoy!

Richard

There are 8 variations showing the diversity of this kind of synthesis.

thanks,i´m not familiar with this tipe of synthesis but it seems more dificult to me understand why 302 peole tried it and no one posted a reply than the addictive synthesis it self. it sound very pleasent to my ears, now that i started using modular and can try all tipes of synths and connections i will do it for sure so thanks again for your example.
