Hi,

As part of my switch from presets to making my own sounds, i want to replicate sounds from other tracks. i just pick one at random and trying to make it.
i already making my own sounds, but its a lot harder for me to make someone else. i guess my ears are just not trained enough to identify things in a sound.

im trying to make the lead sound starting at 0:40. it is very simple, but im just not sure what is it. pulse? saw? 2 layered oscs?

Regards,
Stomper.

I had a listen and you are right, it is a very simple sound.

Could be a saw or 30% pulse. Filter frequency quite high. Organ type envelope. Just a touch of chorus and reverb.

Much of the character of the lead comes from the playing style I think.
