Audio perception is influenced by the sound's environment. One thing that can happen is masking of a signal by another signal. This patch has a broken glissando, there are gaps of of silence in it. When however those gaps of silence are filled with noise of a sufficient volume the glissando will be perceived as being continuously.

Effects like this are exploited by audio compressors, like in mp3 compression.

In the patch, that I saved as a broken glissando, on the red module turn the knob clockwise to fill the gaps with more noise. For me at about 74.2 (95) or so the glissando seems to be unbroken.

The effect seems to work somewhat less for higher frequencies.

Edit : sorry, saved it with noise on ... please turn red module's knob anti -clock wise to hear gaps better, clockwise to hear 'm worse,
