Caught some thunder with a condenser mic set up inside my bedroom with the window ajar. That way I prevent the wind from causing clipping noises, but I may also have caught some unwanted sounds as I was standing chatting on the laptop in the same room. There's no avoiding the dripping on the windowpane or the sound of rain. I've edited it down somewhat, losing parts where there was no thunder, but there's still long stretches of fairly silent stuff in there. The coolest bang is between 7.00 and 8.00.
