Cool, I listened to rules, it's very cinematic. I'm curious how you get your samples?

edit: really like this final movement in particular starting around 27:00

In "The Rules Are Silly" I've used some short samples from the early days of a presidency of a man who's name is long forgotten. In those days said president had a press person running a regular (and pretty hilarious) show called "Conway's Game Of Lies". I sampled some of that, from Twitter maybe, where parts of the show were often re-re-re-broadcasted.

The phrases used were "Fake News" and "Alternative Facts To That", some key phrases from the show.

And, if I'm not mistaken .. there also is a pot lid (struck with a wooden spoon) in the track. I must have recorded that in my kitchen, with a Zoom H2N - - - ok, just fact checked that to be true Smile

love without need was nice, bit organic and some sounds reminded me of a music box.
(haven't listened to the other ones yet)

It is a music box of course .. in a way Laughing

but I seem to be trying somewhat more organic and unpolished sounds lately.

I was expecting to hear voice samples in the "silly" one... either I zoned out the 2 times I listened to that particular track, or I misunderstood what you meant by samples of a president.

Not a president, but Kellyanne Conway was sampled.

But the samples were mangled quite a bit and may not be too audible or recognizable in the particular time frame recorded from the patch.

Thing is these are sort of "forever patches" (noodles) that evolve over days sometimes or long time periods at least . So a recording of it is just a "sample" really, even when it may be half an hour long.
