Steven Lance has been listening to music since he was 4 years old (classical) and playing it since he was 9. He played professionally for twelve years in bands such as Engine, Xanadu, Shotgun and the very successful Mars band. He plays drums (double bass drum set) and keyboards (composition). He has evolved from prog rock to fusion to electronic/computer music. He does all programming/playing, recording, mixing and mastering. Currently Steven Lance has a CD out and about titled, 4 NEVER AND EVER; it is getting airtime on WVKR [91.3 FM] in NY (Scott Raymond's "Secret Music" show). Now  released is his newest CD titled: GREEN HOLE.

 

Steven Lance is now composing on soft-synths. It's a blend of prog rock, fusion and new age...Very visual music. After all, he is massaging the listener's alpha and beta waves and very probably the theta and zeta waves, too! When you get done listening to his "sonic episodes" you'll wonder where you are and what time it is...Enjoy!
