welcome brick_in_the_wall

Can you be more specific about 'natural sounds'?
Do you mean sea shores or thunderstorms?
Or something else...

Hello there, and thanks for quick reply,
I mean soft rhodes, rhodes, nice pad sounds, and soft leads.I like Mike Oldfield music, and I know he have one nord lead 2,so oldfield-like sounds are in my field of interest. Also I want to make some silk strings.Yesterday I downloaded archive of sounds here, and I made some very good presets with them, but still,I can't get that rhodes sound.

Thanks,
Best regards

You'll need Oldfield's e-mail address for that Smile

You've been here?

Search for:
EP = electric piano
Tines
Rhodes
and
Pad(s)
Strings
etc.

There are three modulators, LFO1, LFO2 and the Modulation Envelope. The LFO's produce wave forms from 0.078 Hz to 142.857 Hz. LFO1 has five different wave forms, where LFO2 has only one, the triangle. The Amount determines how much the parameter will change. If LFO1 is directed to the Puls Width Modulation of the Oscillator section and the PWM knob there is set to 50% (which is completely to the left) and the Amount on LFO1 is set to maximum, the Pulse will change from 50% to 99% at a speed set by the Rate of LFO1. If the Amount is still max and the PWM parameter in the Oscillator section is set to a higher value (maybe 75%) the modulation will make the sound disappear... Then lower the Amount. The ModEnv opens and closes in the way the two parameters are set and starts every time the synth receives a Midi Note Off signal.

By pressing Shift+LFO1-Wave form the display shows the value of a parameter when tweaked. In this way both LFO's can set to the same value.

Myself, I use the LFO1 wave forms mostly in Triangle; Saw mostly to the Filter Cut-0ff, the two Random mostly to Osc 2, so do I use the Pulse wave, tuned to an octave and both LFO's set to the same value, then the Arpeggiator seems to run at twice it's speed. (LFO1 Amount Morphed to the Wheel, so I can bring it slowly in.

The highest Rates can be used to create a strange distortion.
