My Nord doesnt work, error codes all over the place, Local music store doesnt know what to do. They're calling Armidillo which isnt the distributor anymore and doesnt seem very interested they said. Who do you call? Who do you email? Tried the swedish site but no reply.

Keep on trying to get the right person, although it could take some time now... Crying or Very sad

So for the moment some home doing troubles shooting, without losing any warranty.

Open up the synth by unscrewing the two wooden sides and the five screws at the back holding the red hood in place and I belive three at the bottom, not holding the KeyBoard...

Then check all cable between the keys, the mother board and the panel board. Maybe some are diconnected. Open the fittings, remove the cable and replace it again.

The close the synth again.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Wout

Thanks Wout, the local music store, After I had driven there once already called me yesterday and offered an exchange, which I gladly accepted. They didnt say if they had contacted someone or just wanted to make it right with me. I suspect the later, hope they get taken care of. Thanks for your advice, much appreciated.
