Great poster, it is almost 3D printable!

It's not a big deal who goes when since everyone wins at this game, though I am thankful for the opportunity to close the show with a few words of thankfulness and appreciation for these past nine years of love - and of course, now I must plan an extra good audio jam session!

Wish me luck, I'm just getting back into the swing of things after a long hiatus! Oh - it's great to be back home.

Les
Les be thankful for em friendships.

I think its good that this event is still open. That way if someone shows up tomorrow and is inspired by the performers they can be added at the end, after the scheduled performers--sort of like an open mic night. And if not, that's cool, too.

Uh oh, really sorry. I cannot play at 18:00. Can I play in the opening slot, 15:00, instead?

hmm ok, what is the latest you could play ? since I'd like to avoid any gaps.
17:00 would be ideal but if you can't go later than 15:00 I can just schedule
you at that time.

Really sorry, I cannot make the 17:00. I'll just sit this event out instead of add a gap. Sincere apologies, I will be more careful to check my schedule next time.

I listened to the recording and something was really messed up with my audio system! It sounded different (and not as good) as it did in my headphones. So I'm posting the ChucK patch that I used. See how it works for you...

Another awesome event! As always, very impressed by the diversity and quality of the performances. Very Happy

Attaching a recording of my set. My focus was to use stereo in various ways. It's a bunch of NMG2 self-playing things, Dominion 1 through the G2, guitar hex pickup through the GP10s poly distortion effect, Octatrack loops and effects on a G2 keyboard patch and a Rocket sequence, OP-1 through the Jellyfish delay.

Attached is my zero-input mixer set From the No World (The No World Symphony). A photo of my rig and discussion of the piece appear near the top of this thread. There was some discussion of ZIM techniques in the chat room afterwards. I will add some new thoughts to this Feedback instruments / no-input mixer / zero-input mixer thread some time over the next few days.

Time for a picnic with Linda and Jeremy. Cool banana

Thanks to PHOBoS for organizing the event, and for everyone who worked and played and listened! Very Happy I love these events.

I listened to as much of this last concert as I could and spent most of the time in the chatroom. It was a blast.

But I've been sandbagging too long. After Antimon asked me when the @#$% is there going to be some AEJOTZ music in a concert I did an experiment. I MIDI-synced three boards and got semi-automated lines going on them then jammed along with a fourth board. It rocked!

I actually created something on the fly WITHOUT the recorder that sounded pretty damn good. Then, when I thought that riff was getting a little old, I backed out a couple of layers and started changing them and rebuilding. It worked again!

Oh, there were some false starts because I was noodling around finding new layers that fit together, but it didn't really take very long to get another groove going, and then another.

And, for some reason, the beginning of autumn is when the musical part of my brain really cruises. So even if I never sit in on any other e-m.com concerts, I have to do autumn.

Now I need to go read all the info about streaming here. I've used winamp and mixx before, when I DJ'd at ScrubRadio.com, so I should be able to sort it out. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.

The wiki here has some info about how to do streaming.
