although quite difficult to read as the image quality isn't good, your schematic looks ok at a glance, however, a schematic would be clearer to read and easier to troubleshoot, or perhaps both together. if you are planning to etch this board yourself, you may want to consider the size of the traces you are using, as they seem quite thin and may get etched away by the solution.

Hope this helps a little bit.
