more electro music knowledge

Becouse i'm new in electro music at all (i've know generally little about except some cd , internet navigation and electro-music site and my scolastic musical background is mainly classic) i would to read if possible some books about the history,the device used to write music(Except Reason , i use it) and the tecnical development of this kind of music.
What books do you think is better to know and learn more about electro music ?
