...i set mine up in "controller mode", where increase in proximity to the volume antenna increases volume.
i don't know what to suggest, but keep trying to adjust the coils...and use a plastic tool for doing this. it's worth noting that you should always have the plastic tool with you (inside the case), as these things are sensitvie, and you might end up at a venue that requires you to recalibrate. i'd suggest practicing this quite a bit, as doing it on stage can be nerveracking.

Hello WZ,
Slightly off topic, but I found this which is a sample created by you:
http://electro-music.com/forum/phpbb-files/synthdiysampler_505.mp3
Towards the middle, you have created a theremin sound and I would like inquire what you used to create that sound.
This sample was located among others under the Soundlab recordings message board, but you mentioned that you made the recording using a Sound Lab and other DIY pieces.
I have a few questions for you if you don't mind:
1) Was your Soundlab in the recording stock or modified?
2) If it was modificd, what did you do to it?
3) The support DIY pieces you mentioned...what are they and when did you use them in the recording?
Thank you,
Geo |
