Speak & Spell/Speak & Spell Compact schematics

I'm looking for a circuit diagram (schematic) of the Texas instruments Speak & Spell Compact talking educational toy and/or a schematic of the regular Speak & Spell.

Also pinouts of the following Texas Instruments ICs which were used in the Speak & Spell Compact would help me out (I'm trying to create a line-out from the piezo-speaker designed toy):
