4 Way Attenuverter

Found the attached strip board layout for a 4 Way Attenuverter (unfortunately can't remember where)

Have just read the 'General Technical Tips' on Dintree Synth DIY so made some additions -

Photo of my build so far attached -I need to add the 10uf caps on the power inputs after the ferrite/schottky.

What is the best protection schottky diode to use on the inputs?

(Will add 100k resistors to ground on the outputs).

Lastly - Output impedance should be around 1k by placing a series resistor in the output. Oh no dreaded Ohms law again! Anyone help explain this to me in the context of this circuit - maybe I'll get it in the end
