Thanks, but there are many other glaring examples on the forum of the gaps in my knowledge, as well as instances of brain freeze Smile

A quick question about the vactrols: My VTL5C3's have only 4 pins, yet your boards look like they take 5 pin vactrols. How is this, and how can I get around it?

This board requires the VTL5C3/2.

that's it. this way we need only 3 vactrols instead of 6 - saves some money and some board space...

Ooh- so already a question. I've got two of the resonator boards and no panner. What would I need to do to use the pads intended to go to the panner to bring the individual outs to the front panel?

just solder a 1k resistor into each hole (assumed you did not already solder a MTA connector into them) and a wire from each resistor to a socket. don't forget to ground the sockets to the circuits ground, unless you are a bananaman. Wink

hope that helps.

I got my boards in the mail. They sure look lovely enough to scream for some soldering action in case of bad weather during the weekend. Thanks Mattias!

Boards arrived yesterday in Barcelona.

I have a question: I found recommended value changes for PS3100 boards to use with +-12v PSU... Any changes recommended for X-Panner?

Dankeshön!

As reference designators for the v3 board are not the same as on v2, I assume values to change are these:

wow, that's cool. forgot about that! and thank you very much for updating it to the v3 board.
these values are derived from a spice model of the CV circuitry. they are not tested in real live.

recommendations for the x-panfader? no.

i just thought it could be fine to increase the values of R46/R50 to attenuate the center channel of the mixer. or what about attenuators for the inputs anyway?
