Another soundlab embryo |
 |
|
Another sound lab is about to born.
I made all the soldering......no testing yet. Im waiting for the front pannel so i can solder all the wires with the right proportion.
My sound lab will have a few extras:
- Echo unit (a moded rebote 2.5).
- Aux effect unit for sending sound for any externall effect (my spring reverb) and returning it.
- Vc sends both for echo and aux.
- Proto Klee Sequencer.
Thats it.....
i just need to make a pcb for the klee sequencer.....but ill start testing the thing prior to that...i hope.
I wish i could find a super simple midi to cv converter....discrete or avr based. I just dont have access to a pic programmer at the moment and that seems to be the choice for midi to cv converters. I never found an avr based. I saw the ray wilson discrete midi to cv but he states it doesnt work with every midi keyboard....so.....i wont bother doing it.
This is my front pannel design, just in case it gives inspiration to anyone.

Don't forget to post your Klee PCB design here, so that others can see it |

So how about this one it has no hex file but the text at the bottom of the page suggest that asking for it might get you that.
Edit : googling for "pic programmer" gives a lot of hits for simple programmers, that might be another way to go. _________________ Jan

Thanks fonik.
Il post the klee pcb when ready but its going to be a very personalized one. only 3 knobs, an rgb led driver circuit and a clock all in the same pcb....so.
Thats a nice little midi to cv indeed, blue hell.
Ill ask for the hex and see if theres not to much work involved in adapting the code to a non obsolete microcontroller. _________________ Why is the dove a symbol of peace?
