I was toying with a Forest M. CD4049 phase shift oscillator schematic a while back and by placeing things here and there, I was able to get a really cool sounding siren. I wrote down the schematic but I've misplaced it and just can't find it.

Anyone have any idear on how I could re-create this?

I've included a scanned copy of the schematic

um, maybe you used the other half of the 4049 to build a second (slow) oscillator, and used that to modulate the first one??
