I recently got a DS Lite so I could play the latest in my favorite game series (Castlevania). Nitrotracker sounds like a GREAT idea, but I'm curious about all this hassle with getting it to run. My firmware is version 6, so I guess I'd have to get a PassMe2 and all that it entails. Have any of you gone through that process?

oh man, i want it. I've been wanting to set my DS up to do homebrew for a long time now... I don't think it's that hard, you just need to get all the pieces together, and once you've gone thru it, you're set.

At least, I hope ;P

Have a look at Bhajis Loops too. You can do chip tune stuff on it as well, and export your work (midi files and audio loops) to a DAW.
