Hey guys,

Lets say I have these modules: 3 VCO, 2 VCF, 2 LFO, 1 Dual VCA, 2 ADSRs, 1 Noise, 1 S&H, 1 Audio mixer, 1 Ring Mod, and one Lag Processor.

If I have the Paia MIDI-CV circuit built, how can I control both ADSRs and the 3 VCOs if there is no mode on that MIDI-CV that has 2 gates and 3 pitch outputs? Or am I getting this wrong?

Or better yet, what do I need in order to be able to play a modular synth that has these modules with a midi keyboard?

For regular monophonic playing, both ADSR's share the same gate. All three VCOs also share the one CV, use each oscillators pitch control to set intervals or unison.

The Paia unit will support up to 4 gate/CV pairs, so you could patch your modules as two monophonic synths.

I see, thanks!

Edit: another question.. can I connect the output of a VCA straight to a keyboard amp or do I need something in between?
