Need help with theremax.

I thought I already posted, but I don't see it here.

Had this thing going pretty smooth then I changed boxes and made some arials out of copper tubing.

Here's whats happening:

1. This happened before moving it. I get volume bleed through, even if the volume is all the way down I can still here the pitch. It's not real loud, but it's surely noticable.

2. I have some kind of white noise getting in there. I fixed a bad solder joint in the ground chain thought it would cure it, but no avail.

Would like to fix the volume issue first then move on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
