Nord Rack 2x help! Subject description: No reaction of midikeyboard mod-wheel |
 |
|
Since a few days I have a new Nord Rack 2x with OS 1.00. The sounds and arpeggio-variants are great. My problem is a missing reaction of the midikeyboard modulation-wheel. No destination (Morph,LFO,FM..) on the rack give a response of the mod-wheel back.
Is my rack broken or have I make a wrong configuration on my rack?
Is the function only available for the Nord Lead 2x?
Friendly regards

Rack and Key version react the same to a extern ModWheel.
Are you sure the Wheel on the extern Keyboard is set up right?

Yes, my keyboard has the mod-wheel function for my other synths.

I suppose the Midi Notes are coming through...
Is there an Expression Pedal inserted at the back? If so, disconnect it.
Undo the Morph and try it again.
Set the parameter which is controlled by the Wheel closed (anti-clock wise maximum) - the Wheel decreases the parameter value for sure.
Are you sure the Midi setting is CC 1?
If nothing works, check Clavia support at www.clavia.se

Thank you for your ideas. Today I have found my mistake - the keyboard was in edit-mode. There can I change the midi-channel, but the mod-wheel is disabled. In play-mode the mod-wheel is enabled. My keyboard is a Novation Remote 61 LE. This is a help for other electronic-musicmaker.
