Sorry I can't be there this year folks.

Yes, I enjoyed being on the chat room even when I was at the event. Next year I'd like to have a computer set up in the lobby with the chat room on it so other people there can say hi.
Thanks to Jason for volunteering to be our chat room wizard. He has been keeping it running for many many months, years even. _________________ --Howard

right on Mosc my pleasure!
And cool idea about having a computer in the lobby.
I find that volunteering and stuff keeps communities alive.
I wish I could do more even.... Only so many hours in the day... |

I could not listen to the whole thing, but enjoyed listening to the stream and being in the chat room when I could. Although Friday I was a bit disappointed about the stream quality, Sunday it was pretty good. Unfortunately I could not stay up to hear Xeroid Entity live, but thanks to a miracle of sorts some of it ended up on my computer for a later listen
My thanks to Howard and Agnes for putting energy in making announcements and informative comments about the bands being streamed.
The idea to have a central computer for the chat room seems a good one to me for achieving better integration between the festival and the listeners to the radio. _________________ Jan

I didn't get to listen to much this year (Looking FWD to seeing EGW's dvd's)
However, when I did it was fun to hear, although there were times when the speaker/presenter was too far from the mic to be audible- in the stream at least. Headset mics and/or audio compression might help to eliminate this issue for the future. |

I was wondering if someone knows the exact dates of some festivals in Philadelphia because I'm planning to visit my aunt in July and thought this would be a great chance to visit one.
I thought I may find something about the Philadelphia night life but I couldn't find the exact dates. |

We haven't scheduled 2008 yet because we can't find a suitable venue. Stay tuned to electro-music.com and we'll let you know as soon as we know something. _________________ --Howard
