I remember reading about these on the Midwest Analog Products pages years back. I think I saved all the data for these somewhere, but I can't find them now.

Has anybody here built these? What I am wondering about is how to program the 68705P3 (or U3, or whichever it was). Motorola/Freescale don't appear to have as much info on their older MCUs anymore. I did try to buy a special 68xxx05 programmer on ebay a couple of years ago, but it never got here.

Is it hard to put the code on these?
