I'd love to see one of these kinds of controllers in a local shop so I could try it out. I can help thinking that it looks a bit awkward to play, especially with long fingernails. Won't you hit more than the key you're aiming for every now and then?

I thought this design was *meant* to be used by hitting multiple keys at a time? I kinda like it, it seems similar to a harmonica's bass-section. I don't think you can play those with long finger-nails either but that's not really a major concern to me. :¬)

Yeah, my concerns are probably not that relevant Smile Like I said, it would be really interesting to try one of these out without having to commit the money.

A software demo? Like the one for the G-2? Shocked Wink

It won´t be too hard to click any of those buttons with a mouse.

Nah, I was thinking more in the lines of using our new-founded wiretapping laws to snoop out someone who buys one of these controllers, then sneak into that person's house and steal the thing. Wink

Is this for people who can't play piano? I don't think it has any advantages over the good ol' piano keyboard.

it is isomorphic, meaning that any major, minor or whatever scale you play in any key uses always the same fingering not like the piano where every major scale (for example) uses a different fingering. in this respect this one is a much more intelligent layout of keys.

I must admit I would like one, as a guitar player I have never got on with keyboards.

I had a look at the website and the 64 key one is £850, far too expensive!
