Well, it's been a while, so I figured I should let you all know that Parasomnic Records is still kicking and screaming in our sleep... Here's the latest:

Special Hollydrift Sale: For a limited time, buy Hollydrift's "Waiting For The Tiller" and receive a FREE copy of the "Somniloquies, Vol. 1" compilation (which, incidentally, features Hollydrift along with 15 other great electronic/industrial/experimental/noise artists. Both CDs for only $10.00! Pick 'em up here: http://www.parasomnicrecords.com/ordering.htm

ITunes/Rhapsody: For those of you who prefer your music digitized, Hollydrift tracks from "Waiting For The Tiller" are available from ITunes, Rhapsody and a couple other online services. Download to your heart's content...

Lots of reviews: Been getting a lot of good reviews lately, both for Hollydrift and the "Describing Paranoia" split CD. Here's part of a new one from Neo-Zine (http://www.neo-zine.com), for Hollydrift.

"Hollydrift is one of my favorite artists in this genre. They do an ambient/experimental sound sculpture/collage which I’d go so far as to say resembles a "sound kaleidoscope" more than a sculpture or collage because of its ever-changing, twisting, swirling nature. “Waiting For the Tiller” is my favorite so far. It conjures to mind the sound that you might hear during some dark fluctuation in the time-space continuum. Odd bits of old sounding audio clips float to the surface like ghosts of days long gone bye to remind us of the mortality of the present, and the grey nature of the past..."

Of course, to keep up with all the latest reviews and news for Parasomnic
Records and our artists, visit our news page at Live Journal: http://www.livejournal.com/users/parasomnic/

Upcoming releases: What's next from Parasomnic? Well, The Devouring Element debut CD, "Subterranean Hymns", is coming along slowly but surely, but it looks like our next release will be the long-delayed and highly anticipated CD from Anaphylaxis, "Noise For Lovers"! More details as things come together. Everyone's really busy right now, but more music is on the way! Stay tuned and thanks for your suppport.

Geoff

Sounds great, Geoff. I wish you the best of luck with your new release.

Editor's note: I moved this topic from Schmooze to News because is seems more appropriate.
