Hello,
Could someone give me a hint concerning the programming languge,
and in general some piece of information about programming and test boards.

The Chip is used as VCO and Midi Interface and if it´s not to hard i like to modify a bit for my purposes. For instance, to put out a midiclock trigger for syncing a lfo or a small sequencer.

A schematic is here: http://www.elby-designs.com/pixie/pixie-midi.pdf

Thanks and best regards

The Pixie project doesn't provide any source code as far as I can see. The hex file with the compiled software doesn't really help if you want to modify the code. Perhaps it would be best to e-mail Elby Designs about the features you want, if it is a closed source project?

As for programming languages, there's plenty of tools for the M16C, even a free GNU C compiler (GCC).
