My Nord Lead 3 Has Lost Sound. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello there, I am new to this forum. My Nord Lead 3 has lost all sound. When its on and plugged in it has from a scale of 1 - 10 Noise Level. It has 1. Does anyone have any ideas on what this would be. It is always in rack, so it has not been knocked.

It's hard to tell what's wrong at this distance...
There is only sound on a very low level?
Are the parameters set well? Try LowPassFilter open, both Envelope Attack closed, Decay closed, Sustain open and Release closed.

Still no sound?
