Holding Notes on a Nord Rack

Hi - I know this will sound like a pretty daft question but I've just got hold of a nord rack 1 which I'm controlling with a small midi controller keyboard. Does anyone know how I can 'hold' notes, thus freeing up my hands?

I'm not with my Nords right now, but doesn't [Shift+Arp] work?
Could be only on the Lead2 though...

No, the rack hasn't a Hold function.
This function is part of the keyboard set up, so the Midi controller has to have a Hold.
