Can anyone help me out by posting a pcb layout ready for etching of a 555 pwm? I am having a very hard time finding one... especially with a transistor too

555 oscillators are so simple that etching a board for a single chip requires more time than it's worth. Find a schematic you like, breadboard it first, make sure it works, then transfer it over to a protoboard like this

(probably the best and possibly the only good thing radioshack sells)
