Four sets of four FM operators arranged as chains.
Random Ratio and Index values are latched at the sine/cosine x-fade points so that the timbre only changes while the respective chain is silent.

A random duty cycle lfo kicks the progression into fast forward every now and then.

The random values come from control rate converted taps off the fm chain.
