Under what condition does it make noise, you have a patch loaded?

I mean the background noise that comes out of the stereo outputs, without a patch is loaded.
I think that's pretty high, which is a shame for the good sound of the Modular.
I just wanted to know whether other G1s also have such a noise.

I have another problem posted and although I can not upload the sounds in bank 1, it comes always: "None".
All other banks can be easily upload to the computer ...
Do you know any of the problem?
