I've had Battery 2 for just under a week now, and I'm liking it! I got it cheaply, NoK 1100,- a so-called academic price, but I'd of been happy even at full price. It's got great sounds out of the box, and once I feel a bit more confident I'll be able to do interesting tweaks,. It seems to me to have a fairly decent learning curve, not like some programs that force you to become a computer whizz first and foremost, and a musician only when time and happy accidents allow. Yay! Very Happy

if i had to have only 1 drum/sampler battery 2 would be my first choice.its good it sounds as good as it should! i love the bit rate crusher makes u want to take them clean pure drum samples and smash the living hell out of em.soils em spoils em makes u want more! that said i use it quite alot its my vsti drum machine of choice! i guess there is a reason this kit always seems to get rated 9 and 10!
