Thanks og takk så mye.

Did you listen to Nattefrost?

I've released a 3" Promo CD which is for free except from P&P.

No Mod Lindisfarne is the track as it is.
I've got longer tracks as well. 1 of them is on the Promo CD.
Did you like it?

Bjørn.

Very Happy It actually reminds me a lot of a section of a piece I did way way back.. in a band. As I remember the drums we used were in fact on a tape, played back at half speed. Personally I kinda expected Mod Lindisfarne to evolve further. But then the title might suggest this is a journey.

Welcome.

I listened to the track.

"Mod Lindisfarne" - What does it mean?
Maybe if I knew, it might change my interpretation of the music. For now, this music sets a mood, sort of somber, like the slow march of a long, uneventful and monotonus journey, trancelike, through a reverberant field with the highs rolled off.

Thanks for sharing it with us.

It means Towards Lindisfarne.
It's about how the vikings stormed Lindisfarne (A cluster - if that's the english word).

So my impression isn't all that off, is it?

Thanks, well indeed.

I visited Elektro80 in Norway in September. I visited the Viking Museam in Oslo. The Viking ships were beautiful. They had a tough life, but they got to live in a most beautiful place when it was pristine. For that they were very luckey.
