Hi there,

My first post in this forum,got some problems and hopefully someone out there can help me out. Thanks in advance.

The output #2 of the CV Standard emits around -13V all the time.Have checked all the connections and all the components values.Seems fine.The Switches #2 don't work either,while all the other two outputs work as expected. Tried trimming already,nothing changed.-13V all the time. Has anyone come into this problem? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sound like a short between positive/negative rail and one of the input of the op amp. Check the voltage on all pins of tl074 associated with output 2.
