Hi all,

Aside from Syntaur and Instrumental Parts, are there any other sources of spares for the Andy? I'm chasing the 5kb rotary pots which are out of stock at both suppliers. Also has anyone tried to fit alternative pots to the Andy?

Cheers

If you posted some dimensions and maybe a photo of what you are looking for then all the people who know parts sources but don't know the Andromeda might also become potential informants.

Hi Steve,

Fair enough - here are the two pots in question...

http://www.instrumentalparts.com/0-09-0018.html
in the service manual, the full description for this one is:
POT 5KB DUAL 12mm D-SHAFT 17.5mm B-TAPER

and

http://www.instrumentalparts.com/0-09-1096.html
in the service manual, the full description for this one is:
POT 5KB SINGLE 9mm D-SHAFT 17.5mm

Not sure whether the measurements relate to shaft length or pot diameter (or both)

They look a good match for Panasonic pots
