There has been a lot of discussion on the AH list over the years about Tomita and his vocalised synthesiser sounds, from the Snowflakes and Pictures albums.
Using only modules that he had available on his Moog III, and a English translation from his sound creature album where he described the Gollywog’s cakewalk voice, I came up with this.

i was trawling thru the g2 archive n figured it deserved a note, now if only I could play as well as tomita and write as well as debussy.....

No- that will require a hardware upgrade. There is only so much you can accomplish with software ...
