Banned on my first day

Hello all.
I created an account and posted in the introduction section of the forum, just to say hi. Came back from dinner to find that I'd been banned, and I don't really know why.
The main problem is that my home IP address got banned, so I'm unable to even read through the forums (posting this from my phone).
I don't think I broke any rules so I guess the ban was automatic, possibly due to a link in my profile's signature. Hope it can be resolved as I would still like to view and participate in these forums in the future.

Probably, I did see a sig link to a t-shirt site which led me to to remove the post and the account.

I see. Would it be possible to be unbanned then? I'm not a spam account after all Smile

Sorry, I can not get deleted accounts back, but I have unbannded the IP and email addres that were used for the SynthApparel account. You should be able to sign up again with the same details you used for that account.

And yes, please do not use that sig again, unless you can explain to me why I mistook it for spam.
