That's a really great song. It's really cool to hear a different take on that tuning doing something so different and coming out so well.
As you may recall this or the 13 step pure mos version of it ( 28/27, 243/224, 28/27, 243/224, 28/27, 28/27, 243/224, 28/27, 28/27, 243/224, 28/27, 243/224, 28/27 ) are in my top most favorite tunings, and this one might even be my favorite of all time. I think yours is the second or third piece done in it that I recall.
Been thinking of you lately for obvious reasons since you are near ground zero. Very relieved and happy to hear from you.
We're isolating here and have a couple weeks of supplies. Fortunately we're in a relatively more remote area. I finally convinced the family to stop doing routine trips to a metro area that has some cases. I do resupply runs only very late at night and infrequently when it's more isolated, but there's mass shortages to contend with, so far not a problem though as new shipments come in.
Hopefully this results in both a lot of cool new art and also people learning to use all the gear they've been stockpiling for years!
France and Australia have solid study results that Hydroxychloroquine is close to a cure. Dunno if that news will reach the US. My doctor got angry when I requested it so I have managed to obtain raw ingredients to manufacture quinine and am making that at home for prophylactic/preventative use. Also Zinc and Vitamin D.
Also for a long time no one was taking this seriously but this last week people finally are.
To change the subject in order to end on a light note, as I think I've mentioned the peacock, in addition to eating disease carrying ticks, works as a watch-fowl much as a donkey does, but with a lot of discrimination as to alerts. There's a specific sequence for the UPS truck, slightly different from FedEx. DHL is a lot different since it is very rare and yellow. Recognized cars from people that live on the street have the same call if they are the same size. Running dogs give a very specific freak out panic. Every once in a while there's a new call. Some time ago there was a specific unique reaction to someone a block away banging on a box, coming as a muffled echoing stimulus and generating a really unusual alert in response. Recently there was a totally new routine that I couldn't figure out at all. The way to figure out and translate is go see what is going on outside that he is talking about. I just figured out what the new one is - it's a conversation. There is a cow 1/2 mile away that is talking back and forth with him. The cow has learned to speak peacock and the peacock has learned to speak cow. I don't know what they are talking about. Probably "hey" and "hey back". |

I must say I am a reclusive kind of person, so, for me being forced to stay home is not a big deal. Also it helps to live in a large house where each one of us can distance himself/herself from anyone else!

Jeff, if it wasn't for the virus I would have not resurrected my Opal Chameleon that was left not used for quite some time. This morning I was re-reading all your email messages about Disarray, Wide Gamma and so on. After a while I was able to make everything work again flawlessly. Gee, I am so happy I kept all your email messages and notes and everything else!

I would like to have a peacock too but unfortunately he would not survive a long time sharing the garden with our many cats! _________________ homepage - blog - forum - youtube
