Hi all Smile

I bought these boards a few years ago , got them running but never got round to getting the finished panel sticker sorted , all done now Smile , really happy with the sounds , slow lfo's / adsr's are good for sweeping the tables ,a s&h is interesting too , what i really like is the cv control over the sub table and bit crush , something like a sparsley triggered envelope into either of these cv inputs makes a nice periodic tone change Smile .
Build was very successful no problems Smile

Dave.

Nice, very nice.

Although I think you may have a colour typo on the bottom right, "Wave Out"

Nice work!

It's good to see people still enjoying the Waverider/VCDO chip.

It's long overdue an update, but I'm never quite sure where to take it next. That's due to a surfeit of options, not a lack!

The point of making it thru-zero would be for FM sounds, but the ADC inputs aren't fast enough for audio rate modulation, so it wouldn't work, unfortunately.

copy that.

But Smile there are also FM-Bass sounds? And even though it would not be "real" FM i guess it could enhance the sound spectrum.

But, i could also imagine that u have a ton of other things to do than wasting time on something that is not "the real thing"

thanks for all the good stuff you are providing already!

I need to order some of those ics from the druid. I love the fact that it is extremly versatile and can basically be powered with 3 or 4 aaa batteries.

I have often wondered about doing something that is "the real thing" and designing an FM multi-operator chip, like a DX voice on a chip. Such a thing would have to be controlled via SPI or MIDI or something similar, since it would likely have too many parameters for CV inputs to be practical. But it could be fun.
