I've tried a few things, but I can't figure out how the Seqchord chord sequencer works (it's one of the few modules with no help file).

It seems like patching a trigger (say, a LFO) to the gate input should step through the four chords, using whatever audio input you've patched in as the sound source. If I patch an oscillator into audio input and then patch the Seqchord output to audio out I just get the osc's pure tone though.

Would appreciate any pointers, thank you!

edit: OK, I think I might have the wrong idea -- you don't send audio through the Seqchord, but use the signals coming out of it to control the frequencies of oscillators?

Indeed, it makes control signals meant to control frequencies with.

You are right, that module could use a couple of words for the help Rolling Eyes

I don't quite have the idea of the outputs yet, it seems like the first chord affects multiple outputs while the second chord has no effect. Does the module actually step through the chords? I haven't figured that part out yet.

I've attached a screenshot of what I have so far.

I should step when connecting a clock to the gate input. The active inputs are there to be able to make steps (in)active.

Edit: undo that ... it works differently ... will come back with an example after figuring out what it actually does Shocked

Ok, this seems to be like I intended it to be used ...

Great example Jan thanks!

It seems like the four outputs send the same signal? Are they there to work with the chain inputs in the top right of the module?

edit: Just saw the help text...I think that explains it. Thanks again!
