Dave Seidel: Involution (XI Records)

I have a new double CD on XI records called Involution. Two discs, two pieces. The title piece was made with a combination of Csound, modular synth and pedals. The other piece, Hexany Permutations, was made with Csound and Python. This is microtonal electronic music featuring lots of long tones and complex sonorities.

Thanks so much for posting, I'm listening to the first piece now and the harmonics (? sorry I don't have the vocabulary here!) are really wonderful. Found a nice interview you did on untwelve as well. It's funny as I've been reading more about microtonal music (which I know nothing about) lately mostly on the lines forum.

Ive only scratched the surface of just intonation, but like it a lot. This is a good reminder to explore that more.
