Recently I finished building a CGS92 SSG. The problem is that on start up the LED on the stepped side is on and there is voltage present on input and output. 0.20v on the Input and 1.29v on the output.

I made it with an LM13700 instead of the CA3080, I made all the tracks in the right way and replaced both 1nF with a 2.2nF capacitor.
I also added both 150k resistor according to the mod instructions.
I use a unipolar led with a 680 ohm resistor.
The trimmer I use is 50K.

When I remove the jumper between S and L the LED is not on and there is no voltage present.

Anyone some insights if I did anything wrong? Is there anyone who successfully managed to use a LM13700 in the SSG?
