This refers to a file on your own local computer - so it will not be accessible from here - you would really have to attach it (or upload it to some location - and then post a link to it .. but attaching may be the easiest thing ...).

Edit: and not only easiest - the file would not suddenly disappear when the remote site disappears ... otoh .. when this sit disappears files posted here and nowhere else .. might be gone.
