Imaginative Minds: An Inter-disciplinary Symposium hosted by the British
Academy

30th April-1st May 2004

The symposium juxtaposes perspectives from psychology and cognitive
science with anthropology, archaeology, philosophy and musicology in an
interdisciplinary exploration of human imagination. Themes include the
evolution and development of imagination, its role in cognition,
creativity and culture, and brain mechanisms and imagination.
